See how Jerry helped a Heavy Equipment company

The CEO of a large privately held heavy equipment company invited two recently promoted business unit heads to present their strategic visions for their businesses to the Board. The CEO wanted to ensure both their content and delivery skills were truly up to executive level.  See how Jerry helped.

Jerry Stauduhar

Partner

“Working with Jerry was a blast: he was caring and attentive when absorbing the agenda and needs baseline and had great practical advice when solving for these. He knew the context, helped with next steps, and gave feedback on the progress as if we just talked yesterday despite 2- to 4-week gaps in sessions. It truly was one continuous journey that helped shift my behavior in a right direction.”

Ivan Verlan, Partner, McKinsey & Company

Jerry Stauduhar is a lifelong learner, leader, performer, and communicator who brings a unique path and a rich, varied history of business experiences to bear for Kenning clients today.  He helps leaders build a range of skills through coaching and other types of learning programs and has served Fortune 500, leading tech, emerging/start-up, private equity, and major professional services firms.

Jerry specializes in helping clients to nurture an authentic, confident presence and to develop content across media. He is sought out for his expertise in top-down (pyramid) communication, visual communications, the use of PowerPoint, as well as for the delivery of presentations/speeches and conducting live/virtual interactions of all types.

As a coach, he helps clients unlock new potential by increasing their self-awareness (and their appreciation for others’ differences) and providing concrete tools and support for making desired changes. He creates a safe space for clients to learn, experiment, and develop the new mindsets often necessary to make meaningful growth possible.

Prior to joining Kenning, Jerry sold futons, planned and ran events, co-founded a theater company in Chicago, held communication roles at McKinsey & Company for about 10 years, then founded his own business communications boutique firm.  He currently resides in Los Angeles.
