Over the past 20 years, Trev has worked as an executive coach, team coach, workshop leader, and consultant across a range of industries, mostly with global cohorts. Before becoming an executive coach at the age of 36, Trev spent 13 years in marketing, mostly in account direction roles in advertising agencies. As an account director, Trev brought a balance of focus on results and meeting client expectations with a collaborative, informal approach that built trust and generated long-lasting business relationships and loyal team members. His clients won a number of industry awards.
Trev works primarily in the areas of leadership, communication, and relationship development. He’s driven by a desire to support people in their growth so that they can create better outcomes for themselves and those who they engage with. He loves creating a positive space for leaders, and emerging leaders, to have the courage and openness to embrace their development areas and build their capacity. His practice is strongly influenced by adaptive leadership approaches focused on mobilizing people to make positive change and expanding mindsets through adult development frameworks and a growth mindset.
