Welcome to your Engaging Complex Problems Program Home Base!
The ECP Program is broken into 4 Units: the kickoff meeting that explains the basic flow of the program and introduces the Kenning approach to recognizing and engaging complex problems, followed by three units that each focus on a problem solving tool you can use taking the Kenning approach (i.e., Balcony Conversations, Polarity Management, and Systems Thinking).
Each Unit will have Workshop (full group), Pod (small group), and Coaching (individual) modules. All Modules will typically entail some pre-work. You will be able to access all assignments, videos, articles, and presentations from the links just below.
