How Bill Can Help

Bill Pullen

Expert Practitioner

“I worked with Bill at a time when I felt as if I were sinking. Bill was literally ‘the wind beneath my wings’. He is a skillful coach and a true leader among his peers.”

Veronica Wilson, Social Entrepreneur

Bill is an executive coach and consultant and serves as adjunct faculty at the Institute for Transformational Leadership and Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University, where was formerly the program director. He is the host of the Transformational Leadership for Transforming Times podcast and speaks often on topics related to leadership and coaching. Prior to coaching, Bill spent ten years working in the health care and managed care sector, most recently as a national director of managed care sales.

Bill believes that the complexity of today’s 24/7, wired, global context requires that leaders step back from conditioned ways of leading that may have worked well in the past. He works with clients to expand their ability to see a bigger, more complex picture so they can engage with stakeholders in new ways, develop new resources for resilience and flexibility, and effectively lead their organizations and communities forward. He is known for his straightforward, insightful approach to helping leaders and organizations navigate this complexity, supporting clients as they identify habitual patterns of thinking and behavior that promote or detract from their effectiveness. He has worked with front line leaders to C-level executives in the United States and around the world including countries such as South Africa, China, Japan, Brazil, Chile, Israel, Lebanon, India, Slovakia, U.A.E, Columbia, Australia, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.
